Meeting slots from Google Calendar inside Lite.panteo.ai

Instant overview

The Google Calendar data source lets your agents see free time slots in your calendar and suggest convenient options directly in chat. Instead of asking clients to "leave a phone number and we will call you back", the agent can propose specific times, confirm a slot, and pass the chosen time into your CRM or lead card.

Where it shines

Consultants and coaches

  • Turn website visitors into booked sessions in one dialog: the agent checks your free slots and offers 2–3 options instead of sending a generic contact form.
  • Example: a career coach connects their main calendar and lets the bot propose 30‑minute intro calls on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00.

Sales demos and discovery calls

  • SDR and AE teams reduce no‑shows by letting prospects pick a time immediately after they qualify.
  • Example: when a visitor says "I want a demo", the agent checks free slots for tomorrow and the day after and records the selected time into a field like appointment(source).

Clinics, salons, and offline appointments

  • Clients see only the slots that are really free in the Google Calendar, not a static timetable on the site.
  • Example: a clinic connects the doctor’s calendar so the assistant can offer slots that ignore lunch breaks, holidays, and already booked visits.

How to connect it in the UI

  1. Create a data source in Dashboard → Data Sources → Add source and choose Google Calendar slots.
  2. Name the source with a short slug, for example appointment. You will reuse this name later in Form fields (e.g. appointment(source)).
  3. Authorize Google Calendar:
    • Click the authorization button and follow the Google OAuth flow.
    • After you return to Lite.panteo.ai, the data source will be marked as connected and ready to configure.
  4. Choose which calendar to use:
    • Pick Primary or another calendar from the list that loads after authorization.
    • If Google Appointment Schedules are detected, you can enable using them instead of manual working hours.
  5. Configure working hours and slot rules (when not using Appointment Schedules):
    • Select working days of the week (e.g. Mon–Fri).
    • Mark the time slots when you accept meetings using the visual time grid.
    • Set the slot duration (15 / 30 / 60 minutes), timezone, and optional holidays that should always be excluded.
  6. Attach the source to an agent:
    • Open the agent → Form fields → create a field like appointment(source) and select this Google Calendar data source.
    • Now the agent can fetch free slots and write the confirmed time into this field for each lead.
  7. Test available slots from the Data Sources page:
    • Expand the Google Calendar source card and click Preview slots.
    • Choose a date range (From / To) and run the test to see the JSON with free slots exactly as the agent will receive them.
