Instant overview
Smart data collection lets you define which fields the agent should collect: name, phone, email, and any custom questions.
The assistant asks them naturally during the conversation and saves responses in a structured format for leads and integrations.
Where it shines
Project briefs and service requests
- Instead of a long form, the agent asks a short series of questions and builds a clear brief.
- Example: a web studio collects budget, deadlines, and project type through the chat, so the manager receives a ready-made summary, not just “I need a website”.
B2B qualification and segmentation
- You can ask about company size, industry, and decision-maker role to understand how valuable the lead is.
- Example: a SaaS tool for businesses uses form fields to ask “How many employees do you have?” and “What tools do you use now?”, and then prioritizes larger clients.
Education and online schools
- The assistant clarifies the student’s current level, goals, and preferred schedule before passing the lead to a methodologist.
- Example: an online school gathers “current level”, “goal for the next 3 months”, and “comfortable time for lessons” directly in the dialog.
How to use it in the UI
- Open the agent and go to the Form fields / Data collection section.
- Check the basic fields (name, phone, email) and mark which of them are required for your process.
- Add custom fields for important business questions: budget, company size, product interest, preferred time for a call, and so on.
- Choose field types (text, number, date, selection list) so data is stored in a clean, structured way and not as free text.
- Save changes and start a test dialog with the agent to see how it asks questions — adjust wording if you want a softer or more sales-oriented tone.
- Verify how data looks in the Leads and CRM: open a test lead and make sure all field values are saved correctly and passed into integrations.
