How to use it in the UI

1. Open the agent in the dashboard and go to the Security / Verification or similar settings section.
2. Enable CAPTCHA for the widget so that bots and scripts cannot easily submit forms or flood the chat.
3. Configure domain whitelist: list the domains where the widget is allowed to work (for example, example.com and www.example.com).
4. Turn on email / phone verification via OTP codes if you want to be sure contacts belong to real people.
5. Run a test: open the site, start a dialog, and make sure CAPTCHA and verification work, but do not block a normal user flow.
6. Monitor leads quality in the Leads section — if spam drops and conversion stays stable, you have found the right balance of protection.
