How to use it in the UI

  1. Open the agent you want to connect and go to the Integrations tab.
  2. Click “Add integration” and choose the CRM you use (for example, Bitrix24).
  3. Authorize access to your CRM account so Lite.panteo.ai can create contacts, deals, or tasks on your behalf.
  4. Configure field mapping: choose which fields from Lite.panteo.ai (name, phone, email, answers from the form) should be written into which CRM fields.
  5. Set up triggers: decide when to send the lead — for example, immediately after the contact is collected or only when required fields are filled.
  6. Save and test the integration by starting a test dialog with the agent, leaving contact details, and checking that a new record appears correctly in your CRM.
