Easy integration: embed the widget and Telegram bot in minutes

Instant overview

The easy integration feature gives you a ready‑to‑use HTML code snippet to embed the chat widget on any website.
You can also connect a Telegram bot, so your agents talk to clients in familiar messengers as well as on your site.

Where it shines

Websites without in-house developers

  • You don’t need a full development team to add AI chat — just paste the code into your site template.
  • Example: a small agency adds the widget to all client landings via a tag manager or CMS header, without touching back‑end code.

Multichannel communication (site + messengers)

  • Clients can write where it’s convenient: from the site widget or directly in Telegram, while your assistants and funnels stay the same.
  • Example: an online school receives questions from the site and from a Telegram bot into the same lead list, with full dialog history.

Rapid experiments and A/B tests

  • You can quickly place the widget on test pages, promo microsites, or landing variations to measure conversion impact.
  • Example: a marketing team adds the widget only to part of the traffic and compares lead volume and quality with the control group.

How to use it in the UI

  1. Open the agent you want to publish and go to the Widget / Installation section.
  2. Copy the HTML snippet with the script tag for the Lite.panteo.ai widget.
  3. Paste the code into your website template — usually before the closing </body> tag or into a tag manager (e.g. GTM).
  4. Save and deploy the site, then open the page and make sure the widget appears and the assistant responds.
  5. If you use Telegram, follow the instructions in the agent settings to connect the bot token and test a dialog from the messenger.
  6. Check that leads are created correctly in the Leads section and, if configured, in your CRM via integrations.
